During the client engagement, we establish and define our relationship with you. We discuss services that can be offered, expectations to be met, and needs to be addressed.

In this step, your advisor will ask you a series of questions to obtain personal and financial information required to determine your needs, goals, and objectives.

Insurance costs vary based on personal factors like age, health, and lifestyle. Through underwriting, providers assess this information to determine your cover.

A prioritised financial plan, specific to you, is developed and proposed based on the needs identified. This includes factors such as your existing financial situation and affordability to implement.

Once the proposed financial plan is accepted by you, our offices will attend to the implementation of your plan.

The only constant in life is change, and your financial plan should adapt as your life changes. In the last step, we agree on how often your plan needs to be reviewed.
